At Alperin Law, our mission is clear: To deliver quality legal representation with a high level of personal service while helping our clients to safeguard their assets and organize a plan for their family that will give them peace of mind for years to come. How do we accomplish this mission? It's simple. We foster long-term, personal relationships with each of our clients and take the time to truly understand their needs and desires.
What Makes Us Different From Other Estate Planning Firms
Other firms handle estate planning as a single transaction. You meet with an attorney or paralegal to do a plan, and then you go home, file it away, and never look at it again. We take a different approach at Alperin Law. We believe that your estate plan should evolve with you over the years. You will inevitably experience major life changes after you have written an estate plan that could impact what's in your plan. In addition, inheritance and tax laws can change, and you may need to make changes to your plan in response. When we work with you on an estate plan or elder law issue, we see this as the beginning of an ongoing relationship, not a transaction. We will get a plan in place that works for you now, but we will also keep in touch over time and make adjustments as needed so that your plan continues to meet your needs.
We Have One Goal at Alperin Law
While we handle an array of practice areas, our main focus is helping to protect our clients and the things they have worked so hard for throughout their lives. We believe our clients play the most important role in planning their estate, so we ensure that they remain apprised of what needs to be done by maintaining contact throughout their entire experience.
