Justin has a strong connection and love for the Hampton Roads community, being born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia and graduating from Indian River High School. He went on to pursue his studies at James Madison University and then Regent University School of Law.

Beyond the practice of law, you can find Justin enjoying some much-needed time with family and friends, playing tennis and golf in leagues across the Hampton Roads area, being active in his church, and cheering on the JMU Dukes in football and basketball.
