Background

Rachael was born and raised in Virginia Beach and graduated from Kempsville High School in 2006. Rachael’s experience encompasses various types of customer service and administrative work, and she has been working since she was fourteen years old.

Practice Area

Rachael is the client care coordinator for the Estate Planning and Elder Law Department. Whether a potential client is interested in a Will, Trust or needs a Power of Attorney, Rachael will ensure that they are scheduled with the correct attorney to make the planning process as seamless as possible. Although Estate Planning can be difficult to think about as you are preparing for the protection of your family after your passing, it can also be very beneficial. Rachael’s positivity and thoroughness throughout the estate planning journey always puts clients at ease.

Outside of the Office

Rachael is a proud mother of her type-one diabetic son, Noah. She enjoys watching football with her son, even though they tend to get pretty competitive, as they support different teams. On the weekends you can find Rachael on the sidelines of the football field, watching her son play. She also enjoys spending time with family, including her two brothers whom she is very close with, and her two nieces and nephews. They love to take trips to Busch Gardens and have family cookouts whenever the weather is nice. Rachael is a huge animal lover, with four dogs and six cats at home.

Why Alperin Law?

Rachael has been with Alperin Law since July 2022 and feels that this was the best possible career move for her at the time. Rachael has met some amazing clients since she started at Alperin Law, and she loves hearing about how clients decided to create an estate plan in the first place. Rachael enjoys her job because she is proud to assist clients with such an important part of their future. Rachael has learned so much about the process and has created her own will since she began working at Alperin Law. It gives Rachael peace of mind knowing that her son and home will be protected after her passing.
