Background
Melisa Hannah grew up in Hampton Roads and has had the opportunity to live all over the world while her husband served in the U.S. Army. Melisa was able to work in a variety of fields, gaining invaluable life, work, and people skills that she still utilizes every day. After moving back to Hampton Roads, Melisa was afforded the opportunity to begin her career as a paralegal and bookkeeper for a local law firm. The experience and knowledge she gained in the field over the course of her twenty-two years in that role are priceless, as well as the relationships she has developed with clients over the years.
Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Melisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching her grandchildren grow. She also enjoys an active lifestyle, often camping, boating, spending time at the beach, and visiting new places.

In 2021, Melisa was fortunate enough to join the Alperin Law team where she now serves as the firm’s bookkeeper. Melisa not only enjoys interacting with and assisting clients with their needs, but also values the working environment she has found at Alperin Law and her daily interactions with the Alperin Law family. Melisa always goes the extra mile with a positive and professional attitude.
